Assignment of Access
a. New employees, partners, or clients who require access to the ATEK platform must request it from their manager or project manager.
b. The manager or project manager assesses the request and determines the appropriate level of access for the individual based on their role and responsibilities.
c. Once access is approved, the manager or project manager submits the access request to the IT systems manager.
d. The IT systems manager creates the user account and assigns the necessary permissions.
Access Review
a. An access review of the ATEK platform must be conducted at least once a year or when a significant change occurs within the company (e.g., restructuring, role change, etc.).
b. The IT systems manager, in collaboration with managers and project managers, reviews user accounts and ensures that access levels are appropriate for each individual.
c. If access modifications are necessary, they are made accordingly, and affected users are informed of the changes.
Access Removal
a. When an employee, partner, or client leaves the company or no longer requires access to the ATEK platform, the manager or project manager must inform the IT systems manager.
b. The IT systems manager immediately revokes access to the ATEK platform and deactivates the user account.
c. Confirmation of access removal is sent to the manager or project manager.
This access management process for the ATEK platform ensures that only authorized individuals have access to sensitive data and platform features, maintaining a secure and compliant environment.
