Sensor group

The sensor group allows you to share the visibility of sensors with other users or groups of users .

A user with visibility of sensors on their dashboard can manage alerts ( inhibit , acknowledge ) from their sensors.

A user can see the sensors:

1. Belonging to its user groups

2. Belonging to sensor group belonging to user group

3. To groups of sensors directly assigned to it

Configuration

To configure a group of sensors , the user must have the full admin or group admin role with rights to the sensors to share.

A full admin can by default see all the sensors, so he can create groups of sensors and assign them to the user group without constraint.

A group admin can create sensor groups only with the sensors he can see and can assign them only to the user group for which he has rights.
