Client Project Manager
In collaboration with the ATEK project manager, the client project manager is the person who will coordinate internal resources to gather the required information in preparation for the installations.
ATEK Project Manager
The ATEK project manager coordinates configuration, assembly and quality activities. This is also the person who will train the different user groups.
Head of Customer Department
The head of department must provide ATEK with the names and contact details of users and the most recent technical information of the equipment to be installed. He must inform the ATEK technician concerning the particular precautions to be taken for certain installation
Customer Information Technology
In collaboration with the ATEK Technical Director, the person responsible for IT will have to configure the network systems. to ensure compatibility and IT security.
Following installation:
Inform the ATEK team of changes and updates to be made to your computer and telephone network so that we can inform users of potential service interruptions.

Update of Antennas (Access points)
Internet outage
Adding a Greeting Message to the Phone System

ATEK Technical Director
The Technical Director coordinates with client IT resources so that network configurations are adequate for the proper functioning of system components .
Biomedical Technician Customer
The biomedical technician must assist the ATEK technician during installation. This assistance will prepare the ground and make the installation day smoother. In addition, we take advantage of his presence to train him in a real situation on best installation practices and problem solving.
ATEK installation technician
The technician is the person who will install the system on the equipment with the assistance of the customer biomedical technician and the specific instructions of the department head.
