The RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) procedure facilitates the return of products. Customers must contact customer service to obtain a return authorization (RMA Number). Once the product is returned, an evaluation is performed to determine replacement, repair or refund.
Request an RMA code (ex: RMA2000) from ATEK (support@atek.io)
Carefully package the equipment to be returned
Visibly mark the RMA code on the box
Generate a delivery slip from your carrier for the following address:
ATEK, 240-5490 Boul. Thimens, Saint-Laurent, QC H4R 2K9
Attach the slip to the box
Send the package
Inform ATEK of the shipment by attaching the tracking number and the RMA code to the email
In the case of removal of a probe due to lab closure or other reasons:
1 - Place the sensor in maintenance by adding a comment justifying the change in status
2 - Remove the sensor from the sensor group
3 - Remove the ddu sensor or user groups
4 - Remove all alarms connected to this sensor
5 - Archive the sensor under Administration/Sensors/Edit/Archive
Since the customer paid for the material, they are not required to return it to us. However, by leaving the sensor in the platform, the customer can choose to reactivate it later if necessary.
